*obligatory background information*
1. is copying OK: NO
2. what is the difference between copying and inspired: being inspired by something means you take a concept from it and make it your own, copying merely recreates what was already existent.
3. How are stealing and copying different?: Much like being inspired, stealing pulls from another object, but with a much more obvious statement that it is supposed to be stealing from another object.
now that that's over.
My responses to these questions has remained fairly constant, but I would say now I have a better understanding of stealing like an artist, and to what extent stealing is okay.

without further adieu, this is my Artist's Steal project. This piece is an oil color painting on a canvas I made myself. The merit that it holds is the fact that at first glance everything appears natural, just a still life of fruit, but as the viewer continues to look at the painting, details emerge, and you recognize that these are not just your average fruits, and that is where the brilliance of it comes in. oh, and some people may say it looks quite similar to a still life that Cierra was painting, but ssshhhhh, you didn't hear that from me.
